The NFL remains the most popular and profitable professional sports league in this country, with a ton of fans tuning in to watch their favorite teams across the league every single year.
As a result of the league’s popularity, the 32 franchises in the NFL are pretty valuable, especially when compared to other teams in the NBA, MLB, and NHL.
Every single year, teams in the NFL have their values disclosed to the public, with one team always sitting atop the list.
The Dallas Cowboys have done it again and by a wide margin, with America’s Team being valued at $9 billion, which is $2 billion more than the next in line, which is the New England Patriots, coming in at $7 billion, according to Forbes via Ari Meirov.

It’s always interesting to see these team valuations come out, as there are always some surprising teams that are worth a lot more than you’d expect.
The Las Vegas Raiders have been on the rise ever since the team moved to Sin City, and now the team is sixth on this list, which is a significant difference in comparison to when the team was struggling to make a buck in Oakland, California.
The Chicago Bears sitting at $6.3 billion is surprising as well, with the storied franchise not having a winning season in quite some time, but the value is there for some reason.
Even the New York Giants seem to be higher than expected at No. 4 on this list at $6.8 billion, but it pays to be in the biggest market in this country, as the New York Jets can attest to at No. 7 at $6.1 billion.
