Rookies are always a nice breath of fresh air in Major League Baseball.
Often times, we see players who have never set foot on an MLB field or who have seen limited time all of the sudden burst onto the scene and show the entire baseball world what they can do.
This year’s class of rookies is quite an interesting one to watch.
On Tuesday, MLB revealed its Rookie Power Rankings list, and several key players find themselves on that list.
At the top is Arizona Diamondbacks young speedster Corbin Carroll.
On Twitter, MLB revealed its list, which shows Carroll standing above all the rest.

Carroll is certainly an exciting player to watch.
He was called up late in 2022 and provided a young D-Backs team with a spark.
This season, he has picked up right where he left off.
The speedy young outfielder is hitting .309 and has stolen 10 bases already.
He also has showed off some power, having hit four home runs in his first 97 at-bats of the season.
Carroll is getting on base at a .374 clip and has an OPS of .910.
The Diamondbacks came into the 2023 season with mixed expectations.
Last year, they lost 88 games but added some key pieces to their ballclub in the offseason to supplement stars such as Carroll, Josh Rojas, Christian Walker, Alek Thomas, Zac Gallen, and Ketel Marte.
Also on the list of rookies are stars such as Gunnar Henderson, Hunter Brown, Brett Baty, Josh Jung, Masataka Yoshida, Kodai Senga, James Outman, Grayson Rodriguez, and Anthony Volpe.
