Ever since quarterback Josh Allen burst on the scene, the Buffalo Bills have returned to relevancy as a force to be reckoned with in the AFC and, at times, the biggest threat to the Kansas City Chiefs in the conference.
Unfortunately for Buffalo, every time it gets close to living up to expectations, the playoffs roll around and the team falls flat, with Patrick Mahomes and company usually the reason for the Bills’ shortcomings.
Although anything can happen in the postseason, the Bills are firing on all cylinders at this point in the 2024 NFL regular season, winning seven straight, including consecutive victories against the two teams that faced off in last season’s Super Bowl.
The Bills handed the defending Super Bowl champion Chiefs their first loss of the season recently and then followed that up by crushing the San Francisco 49ers in Week 13.
FOX Sports host Colin Cowherd recently praised the Bills, with Allen leading the way.

With the way the Bills have dominated this season, even with a lot of turnover on the roster during the offseason, Cowherd might have a point that this Buffalo squad might finally be able to go the distance.
It’ll be interesting to see if the Bills can carry their success over to the playoffs and take down whatever opponents stand in their way to win the Super Bowl for the first time.
