The Dallas Cowboys no longer have a head coach.
Both parties couldn’t agree on the terms of the new contract, so Mike McCarthy is now pursuing new endeavors.
With that in mind, renowned NFL analyst Colin Cowherd claimed he should go to the Chicago Bears.

Cowherd argued that the Bears have some good players.
More than that, they carry some prestige with them, and McCarthy should be more interested in continuing his career with a historic franchise.
He also thinks that Caleb Williams should be rooting for the team to get a proven coach who’s also a Super Bowl winner.
That all makes sense on paper, and McCarthy does know the NFC North Division inside out from his days with the Green Bay Packers.
However, he hasn’t found much playoff success since he won that Super Bowl, and he’s been heavily criticized for his decision-making in the playoffs.
The Bears are on the verge of becoming a very good team, and they need to be very cautious about the next person they hire to lead their project, especially with such a talented young quarterback like Caleb Williams.
As for the Cowboys, they might have one of the least appealing vacancies in the league.
