After nearly two decades with the Green Bay Packers, superstar quarterback Aaron Rodgers is starting fresh with another team in the NFL now that he’s been traded to the New York Jets.
With Rodgers now in the Big Apple, the Packers will move forward with Jordan Love as their starting quarterback, with a lot of questions about whether he’s the real deal and can fill the void left by the future Hall of Famer.
The consensus right now is the Packers will struggle for a few years with Love at the helm, as he’s not as talented as Brett Favre and Rodgers when they took over under center.
Colin Cowherd remains skeptical of Love and his ability to take over as the starter in Green Bay, as he said on “The Herd with Colin Cowherd” this week.
"I feel like I'm going to watch this movie but there's not even enough footage for a trailer."

Cowherd clearly isn’t sold on Love right now, as the young quarterback hasn’t shown much promise during the short time that he has been under center for the Packers since the team drafted him in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
According to Cowherd, who claims to have sources within the Packers organization, he hasn’t heard many good things about the team’s new starting quarterback, as no one has been blown away with what he’s been able to do when given opportunities.
Although everything seems to be trending in the wrong direction for Love, the fact of the matter is that he hasn’t had the chance to shine or improve over the last few years, and there’s no way to tell if he will be the real deal without significant time as the starter in Green Bay.
