The Pittsburgh Steelers will go into another offseason without a playoff win for the eighth consecutive season.
It seems as if everything could be on the table in terms of improving the team, and that includes finding the right quarterback.
Fox Sports’s Colin Cowherd believes the Steelers should swing big if they want to get a talented prospect in the draft such as Shedeur Sanders.
“I would trade T.J. Watt, George Pickens, two first-round picks if your scouting department said ‘Shedeur Sander is the guy,'” Cowherd said Thursday via “The Herd.”

Steelers quarterbacks Russell Wilson and Justin Fields both played with great effort this season as they helped the Steelers reach 10 wins to get them to the playoffs.
However, that was as far as they could go.
Wilson and Fields were safe options at quarterback because they were smart with the football and knew how to run the offense.
But in the end, the Steelers might need a quarterback who can truly elevate the team.
Now, is it worth it to trade away arguably the best defensive player in the game in T.J. Watt, along with a 1,000-yard receiver in George Pickens?
Probably not.
Not to mention the fact that in Cowherd’s hypothetical scenario, they would be giving away two first-rounders for an unproven player.
Those assets are way too important.
If they are looking for a win-now quarterback who can get them over the top, why not try to get Aaron Rodgers for cheap if he is available?
He proved that he can still play at a high level this year, and he could potentially also bring Davante Adams with him.
