The Los Angeles Clippers have remained a heavy favorite to win the NBA championship over the last few seasons.
However, injuries have pretty much held back the Clippers back from achieving their dream of reaching the NBA Finals and finally winning a ring.
Another key area that the Clippers need to improve is the depth at the power forward position on the roster.
Marcus Morris is currently expected to be the starting PF for the team, despite the earlier attempts to trade him.
The Clippers have reportedly no plans to banish Morris in the meantime, via NBACentral on Twitter.
“Until Morris is moved or declared replaced, he is at the top of the depth chart,” The Athletic’s Law Murray wrote.

Morris was apparently on the trading block after the Clippers’ earlier attempt to trade the forward.
But according to NBA insider Law Murray, Morris will remain with the Clippers to start the season, at least for now.
Morris averaged 11.2 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.8 assists over 65 games for the Clippers last season.
The numbers may not pop out of the box score, but they are solid for a starter on a championship contender.
One area where Morris could improve is his shooting percentage, as he shot 42.6% from the field.
Unless the Clippers find a better trade option, they need to place their bets on Morris to be a consistent player for the organization at the No. 4 spot.
To be honest, banishing Morris may be too harsh, but the Clippers still need better depth at the power forward position.
