The Golden State Warriors are still sore from their latest defeat against the Los Angeles Clippers.
The Warriors, who are sixth in the West, are desperate for every win they can get.
But they just couldn’t get going against the Clippers and Steve Kerr’s plans were repeatedly shut down.
A huge reason why was Ivica Zubac.
As noted by Unbiased NBA Fan and Law Murray on Twitter, Golden State was just 1-of-8 on field goals defended at the rim by Zubac on Wednesday night.
Since the All-Star break, teams are shooting at just 29% at the rim when they are going against Zubac.

The big man is having one of the best seasons of his career.
He is averaging a double-double nightly with 10.4 points and 10.1 rebounds.
Those are both career highs for the center.
His field goal percentage is also better than regular too, sitting at a powerful 62.7%.
The Clippers have relied on Zubac all season long.
Even though this Los Angeles squad is mostly known for the shooting power of both Paul George and Kawhi Leonard, they really find their best success when the entire team is functioning well.
They are more than just a sharpshooting team and Zubac proves that.
They will need him to keep performing well in the postseason if they want to go far.
The Clippers are going to be playing against some of the strongest offenses in the league when the playoffs begin.
As this latest stretch of games shows, Zubac has a way of shutting even the best teams down when they go to the rim.
