The Portland Trail Blazers are expected to be in the news plenty this offseason.
Many people are wondering what they plan to do with star point guard Damian Lillard.
Some rumors are swirling that Lillard may finally be ready to move on from Portland.
If that is the case, just about every team should be interested.
But it will be up to the Blazers to decide if they want to build around Lillard or trade him.
If they move him, bringing back a few young assets should be a must.
The Blazers have the third overall pick in the draft and should be looking to add a future star.
Former Blazer CJ McCollum has a strong take on what will happen to Lillard.
He thinks the All-Star will be playing for a new team next season.

"The market will dictate what happens here. … If I was a betting man, I would say this is the last that we've seen of him [in Portland]." pic.twitter.com/rCFslyLSWs

McCollum said if he was a “betting man” he would think Lillard leaves.
But, finding a fair trade package for Lillard can be tough.
McCollum and Lillard were teammates for many years with the Blazers.
They are still friends and McCollum could have some insider information with his take.
Lillard may be looking to move to a team like the Miami Heat or Brooklyn Nets.
Those are the two teams that have been mentioned the most in a potential deal.
Either way, the Blazers need to decide on what to do with Lillard.
If they are not going to commit resources to improve their roster, the only decision may be to move off him.
