The Buffalo Bills fell to the Tennessee Titans on Monday night in dramatic fashion.
That meant Tuesday morning was all about talking heads discussing the game and finding points to debate for hours on end.
FOX Sports’ Chris Broussard was getting passionate with his takes and offered up one that required a second listen as soon as it left his mouth.
The only reason the Titans won is because the Bills were missing injured left tackle Taylor Lewan, per @Chris_Broussard pic.twitter.com/XXGLWyPGxB

Broussard claimed the Bills lost because they were without star offensive tackle Taylor Lewan.
Too bad he plays for the Titans.
This mix-up goes to show just how funny sports talk shows can be when hosts are required to debate countless topics every day.
A Simple Mistake
Broussard surely knows that Lewan is not a member of the Bills.
But his job requires him to get his talking points out fast and that is going to lead to hilarious moments like this one.
The debate shows in general feature hosts covering every single sports story out there.
It is possible Broussard did not even watch Monday night’s game because of how much he has to cover on a daily basis.
Yet the jokes write themselves when seeing a clip like this.
The Play In Question
All the focus from Monday night was on Sean McDermott‘s decision to go for it late instead of kicking a field goal.
THE TITANS STOP JOSH ALLEN ON 4TH DOWN AT THE GOAL LINE 😱

Josh Allen slipped on a fourth-down play and that was what ended the game.
So even if Lewan was on the Bills and missed the game, it wouldn’t change the fact Allen slipped to lose the game.
So this talking point in general is even more confusing if we try to give Broussard any benefit of the doubt.
We can chalk this up to him potentially needing to do a bit more research before letting his takes fly out into the world.
