The Dallas Cowboys have been one of the best teams in the league this season, at least for the most part.
Of course, that loss to the Arizona Cardinals and their never-ending struggles against the San Francisco 49ers will make it tough for some to take them seriously, but, in reality, they’ve been very efficient on both sides of the field this year.
That’s why analyst Chris Broussard believes it’s about time they make another statement and put up 50 points against the Carolina Panthers.
In the latest edition of “First Things First,” he stated that this is the perfect opportunity for them to do so, as they’re facing a struggling rookie quarterback and are playing their best football right now.

Dak Prescott has quietly entered the MVP conversation.
He’s taking better care of the football, and CeeDee Lamb has been the best wide receiver in the league over the past month.
Add a questionable Panthers defense and a team that has only won one game this season to that mix, and the truth is that a 50-point performance shouldn’t be out of the question for Mike McCarthy’s team.
Of course, most coaches and teams prefer to keep their players safe and sound after big blowouts, pulling them out of the game in the fourth quarter whenever they have a big lead.
But it seems like this Cowboys team could really use a motivational boost that makes them and the fans actually believe that they can go toe-to-toe with the best teams in the league.
