The Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors will square off in one of the most exciting playoff series we’ve seen in ages.
This is the perfect scenario for the NBA, and you better believe they’ll set multiple marks in ratings.
Needless to say, the league will most definitely hope this series goes to seven games, and Charles Barkley believes that might as well be the case.
"I still like the Lakers… I think it's gonna be a great series."

However, the Hall of Famer also thinks the Lakers will end up on top, with Anthony Davis potentially being the X-factor.
Notably, Chuck also made it quite clear that he has no faith in Davis to actually be that guy, citing that he’s way too inconsistent to be fully trusted at this stage.
And while that might seem like yet another case of Barkley picking on younger players, that’s a valid assessment.
Davis has been fairly inconsistent since arriving in Southern California, either because of his never-ending injuries or because of poor play.
He’s got every skill and resource in his bag to be the most dominant two-way big man in the league, but his body language and character are off from time to time when things don’t go their way.
The Lakers took care of the Memphis Grizzlies in just five games, but they’ll now go against a much more experienced team in the Warriors, not to mention the fact that they’ve been LeBron James’ nemesis more often than not.
So, Lakers fans better hope that Davis steps up like we all know he can.
