The New York Jets fanbase is reinvigorated for the 2023 season, largely due to the addition of Aaron Rodgers.
Having a four-time league MVP on your team is certainly exciting, especially for an organization that has a 12-year playoff drought.
However, Jets fans and players aren’t the only ones that are excited about Rodgers’ arrival.
In a recent segment on NFL Network, J.C. Jackson of the Los Angeles Chargers shared his excitement as well.
“I haven’t picked off A-Rod yet, so I’m excited to do that,” Jackson said.

Jackson is a five-year NFL veteran, logging 25 interceptions in the process.
Because he has exclusively played in the AFC, his chances to face-off against Rodgers have been minimal.
However, with Rodgers and the Jets marked on his calendar for November 11, Jackson is more than ready to have his chance.
Jackson is determined to get an interception during this game, but it won’t necessarily be a walk in the park.
Rodgers is one of the most patient quarterbacks in the league, and as a result, doesn’t throw a lot of interceptions.
He has thrown just 105 interceptions in his career, an impressive mark, considering he has thrown 475 touchdown passes.
Not only is Rodgers patient, but he is accurate, giving an even smaller window to throw interceptions.
He is also joined by a cast of receiving help, including Garrett Wilson, who is coming off a highly-regarded rookie campaign.
Will Jackson be able to fulfill his prophecy, getting an interception off of one of the league’s greats?
