The NBA Finals between the Golden State Warriors and Boston Celtics are about to head to Bean Town for Game 3.
So far, the series has been very intense and competitive.
And, yes, there have been some moments where things have gotten heated.
That’s to be expected – this is the biggest moment of the NBA season, after all, and no one wants to go home a loser after going as far as the Finals.
So far, no one has come to blows in the Finals but there has been some serious trash talk.
And Celtics head coach Ime Udoka isn’t encouraging – or prohibiting – his players to be a part of it.
Ime Udoka's advice to the team on partaking/not partaking in trash talk on the court: "Be who you are. If you want to ignore it, ignore it. If you want to engage, engage."

Speaking about trash-talking among the Warriors and Celtics, Udoka put it simply: “Be who you are,” he told his players.
He added: “If you want to ignore it, ignore it. If you want to engage, engage.”
Does this mean we are due for some big blow-ups in the next few games?
Fiesty Finals
The Celtics are full of young, tough, hungry players who have been fighting hard all season.
Meanwhile, the Warriors are dedicated to reclaiming the top spot in the NBA after a few years away from the Finals.
As you can imagine, this has led to some high tension.
There have been a few moments – mostly with the Warriors’ Draymond Green – that have involved technical fouls and possible dust-ups.
But it’s never become more than big talk.
However, the Finals are only heating up and that means there will be more chances of something physical happening on the court.
If the trash talking continues, those chances are only bigger.
When you watch Game 3, be ready for some fireworks.
