The Cleveland Cavaliers are hoping to have a banner 2025-26 season, and they expect the most out of all their stars.
One of them could be on his way to winning one of the most coveted end-of-season awards.
According to ProphetX, De’Andre Hunter is the favorite to claim Sixth Man of the Year in the upcoming season.
If he achieves that goal, it’ll be because he has reached the next level that fans have been waiting for.

Hunter spent 27 games with the Cavaliers last season, averaging 14.3 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 1.3 assists during that time.
When he came to Cleveland, some people expected him to be a starting player, but he got comfortable in his position as a strong member of the second unit.
He was good, but fans are hoping for greatness in the months ahead.
If Hunter can reach another level and remain a bench player, it’ll keep the Cavaliers strong and competitive for all 48 minutes during every game.
The team needs him at 100 percent, but they want the rest of the squad to raise the stakes too.
Once again, the Cavaliers fell short in the playoffs last year, and they are looking to change that.
They were the best team in the East for the regular season, but they need to find a way to also play well during the postseason.
Hunter could be part of that.
If he does help them achieve more success and push far into the playoffs, he will easily earn Sixth Man of the Year and the praise of millions of Cavaliers fans.
