After his incredible playing career came to an end ahead of the 2023 NFL season, Tom Brady, who won an NFL record seven Super Bowl titles with the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, was considered by many to be the greatest quarterback of all time.
With Brady being the GOAT in the eyes of many, especially among quarterbacks currently playing in the league, many players seek the advice of the future Hall of Famer, as he went through practically everything a quarterback can go through during his career.
One of those current stars who has been soaking up the knowledge from the seven-time Super Bowl champion is CJ Stroud of the Houston Texans, who burst on the scene last year after being selected with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft.
Stroud was recently asked about the advice Brady shared with him, and he admitted there’s one thing he says frequently.
“Be a good teammate,” Stroud said.

After a breakout season in 2023, Stroud has the Texans firing on all cylinders once again during the 2024 campaign, with Houston sporting a 5-1 record heading into Week 7, which is impressive, to say the least.
In Week 7, the Texans will go head-to-head against another young team on the rise with a talented quarterback looking to show he’s one of the best players in the league, with Houston going on the road to take on Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field.
