While the Philadelphia Phillies continue their surge under new manager Rob Thomson, Bryce Harper is on his own little hot streak.
He has been limited to designated hitter duties thanks to his elbow injury, but the veteran slugger is on an absolute tear.
In 201 at-bats on the year, he is hitting .308 with 15 homers and 45 RBI.
He’s on an MVP pace and is looking like a guy who just cannot be stopped.
His numbers in June aren’t too shabby either.
We’re still early in the month, but Phillies insider John Clark posted a tweet with Harper’s numbers so far in the month of June.

Hitting Bombs? Bryceless
The reigning NL MVP is back at it and going absolutely insane at the plate.
It’s been a thrill for fans and baseball personnel alike to watch him grow from a teenage kid to a mature baseball player.
His abilities remain the same though.
He can hit like nobody’s business and is fully capable of carrying a team deep into October.
The fact that he’s doing this with a torn UCL is even more impressive.
There’s really nothing Harper can’t do when he is on the baseball field.
He’s one of those guys that you do not want to pitch to with the game on the line and there are runners on base.
There’s a reason why he’s been crowned the NL MVP twice in his career, and it seems as if he’s headed for yet another MVP season in 2022.
The Phillies are getting more than what they bargained for out of him.
We’ll see if he can stay hot and ultimately bring another MVP Award home to Philadelphia.
