The Cleveland Browns’ offense has struggled mightily.
Their offensive line is pretty banged up, and with Bill Calahan no longer on the team to fix things, it’s been a tough ride for Kevin Stefanski’s team early on.
On top of that, Deshaun Watson’s inaccuracy and never-ending issues continue to shoot this team’s offense in the foot on almost every drive.
That’s why establishing the run, even with a makeshift offensive line, has to be a priority for Ken Dorsey.
Fortunately, help might be in the way, as it seems like Nick Chubb is inching closer to making his season debut.
According to a report by Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, the star running back is expected to return to practice this week, which is obviously a major step in his recovery.
#Browns star RB Nick Chubb is expected to return to practice this week, a significant step in his return from major injury — and a huge lift for his team.

Some insiders thought the Browns would choose to keep him on the shelf until after the BYE Week, but given their disappointing start to the season, they might break the glass in the case of an emergency.
Chubb suffered a gruesome and complex knee injury early last season, and he was always considered a long shot to be ready to play to start this season.
Even when he does play, there are major injury concerns, and some think he’s never going to be the player he once was.
Whatever the case, even a banged-up Nick Chubb should be an upgrade over the incumbent Jerome Ford, who has struggled to make an impact behind the Browns’ shaky offensive line.
