As expected, Los Angeles Lakers fans haven’t seen much of Bronny James so far this season.
After playing in LA’s first game against the Minnesota Timberwolves, Bronny hasn’t spent any time on the court since.
But according to Anthony Irwin, per NBACentral, he might get to play during Wednesday’s game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
“Sources have indicated the likelihood is pretty high that he’ll play alongside his father in Cleveland,” Irwin said.
This will be a sentimental moment for both Bronny and his dad but it might be the last time the rookie plays with the Lakers for a while.

Bronny was born in Akron like his father so performing in Cleveland will be special and he will likely receive a warm welcome.
But following this game, Bronny will be parting ways with the Lakers.
The G League South Bay Lakers will start their season on November 9 and Bronny will be with them.
Recent reporting says he will spend most of his season in the G League, working on his skills and hopefully preparing for more time in the NBA.
He has only been on the floor for three minutes so far this season, and scored just a single rebound, with zero points and zero assists.
The Lakers still believe Bronny has a lot of potential and see him as a development project.
So, following his appearance in the game on Wednesday night, they will get to work on developing him with their G League affiliate.
