Great things are expected from the Buffalo Bills this season.
They are predicted by many to become Super Bowl LVII champions, while quarterback Josh Allen has the best odds for the Most Valuable Player award.
He is on his way with an offense that ranks first in total yards per game and second in points per game.
But as great as their offense is, their defense is also one of the league’s best.
They are second in total yards allowed (260.4), fourth in passing yards allowed (182.6), and second in rushing yards allowed (77.8) per game.
The Bills are also tied with the San Francisco 49ers for the fewest points allowed through Week 5 at 12.2 per game.
They have mastered the art of shutting down opponents, especially during the second half.
Likewise, one of their key players on defense is set to return.

The Bills tweeted, “Coach McDermott announced that CB Tre’Davious White will return to practice today, but will not play this Sunday.”
Buffalo will face the Kansas City Chiefs in a rematch of last year’s pulsating Divisional Round game.
Quick Facts About White
White was placed on the reserve/physically unable to perform list at the start of the season due to the torn ACL he suffered last season.
He will have a three-week practice window that will start in Week 6.
Luckily, the Bills will have their bye in Week 7, giving him more time to heal.
Buffalo selected White in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft.
He is a two-time All-Pro and two-time Pro Bowler.
The former LSU standout also shared the lead in interceptions with Stephon Gilmore and Anthony Harris in 2019.
In 2020, White signed a four-year, $70 million contract extension with $55 million in guaranteed money.
