The Buffalo Bills had an up and down 2023 season, as they struggled during the first half of the schedule, only to get very hot and finish the regular season with a five-game winning streak.
Despite being called a dark horse contender in the AFC, they fell in the divisional round to the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Bills are now facing uncertainty this offseason, and there are rumors that star wide receiver Stefon Diggs could be wearing a different uniform when the 2024 season begins.
They did make a move on Thursday to give quarterback Josh Allen another weapon when they signed wide receiver Curtis Samuel to a three-year, $30 million deal, per Jonathan Jones.
The Bills are signing former Commanders WR Curtis Samuel to a three-year deal worth $30 million, including $15 million guaranteed, source says.

Samuel spent the last three seasons with the Washington Commanders, and in 2023 he caught 62 passes for 613 yards and four touchdowns.
His best season came in 2020 when, as a member of the Carolina Panthers, he had 77 catches, 851 yards and three touchdowns.
Earlier this week, Buffalo Lost Gabe Davis, their WR2 behind Diggs, to the Jacksonville Jaguars in free agency, and it is presumed Samuel will take over for him.
On defense, pass rusher Leonard Floyd also departed and signed with the San Francisco 49ers.
Buffalo also brought in another WR threat in Mack Hollins, who struggled in 2023 with the Atlanta Falcons but had 690 yards and four touchdowns the year before while playing for the Las Vegas Raiders.
If they remain intact and healthy, the Bills should have at least a puncher’s chance at getting to the AFC Championship Game, but the conference appears to have gotten even more competitive, and there is that supposed Bills curse always lurking every winter.
