Retirement is looming for several NBA stars, but they are going to play their hearts out until their final shots.

LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers currently has +1400 odds of another title, while Steph Curry of the Golden State Warriors has +2200, and Kevin Durant with his Houston Rockets has +1200.

All of these players are attempting to have a big year in 2025-26.
James is trying to show that age doesn’t mean much and that his Lakers can still compete in a huge way.
Thanks to the addition of Luka Doncic and new acquisitions like Deandre Ayton and Marcus Smart, a lot of Lakers fans are feeling good about the road ahead.
They know a few more tweaks to the roster are still needed, but they are cautiously optimistic.
Meanwhile, Curry has a tougher road because the rest of his team isn’t as strong as James’.
However, he has repeatedly shown that he shouldn’t be counted out and that the Warriors always have a chance as long as Curry is suiting up.
Durant is about to begin his first season with the Rockets, a team that was already on the way up.
Houston’s trade for Durant skyrocketed their chances and expectations.
Of these players, Durant might get the most attention this season because of the promising team he is playing for.
But all three will generate a lot of buzz and excitement, just like they have for so many years.
