The Cincinnati Bengals beat the Buffalo Bills in unexpected blowout fashion yesterday, 27-10.
With this victory, the Bengals will head to Kansas City and will face off against the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship for the second consecutive season.
After their victory yesterday afternoon, head coach Zac Taylor had a few words for the NFL.
#Bengals coach Zac Taylor: “It is tough because they have to formulate the plans for coin tosses, formulate the plans for neutral site games & we just keep screwing it up for everybody. I hate that for people who have to endure all the logistical issues, we keep screwing it up.”

The first meeting between the Bills and Bengals was canceled in the first quarter due to the injury that Damar Hamlin sustained.
In his comments above, Taylor is highlighting all of the measures that the league took, including setting up an alternate site for the AFC Championship if the game would have been between the Chiefs and the Bills.
The league was faced with an unprecedented situation following Hamlin’s injury, but the Bengals believed that the league’s response was the most unfair to them.
In an act of rebellion, the Bengals decided to just keep winning their games, which complicated all of the NFL’s backup plans.
Joe Burrow and the Bengals continue to defy all odds and are starting to become the team to beat in the AFC.
Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs have never beaten the Bengals while Burrow has been the quarterback, including last season’s AFC Championship, where the Bengals won, 27-24.
This year’s AFC Championship should be one for the ages, considering Burrow and Mahomes are two of the best quarterbacks in the NFL.
Will Mahomes be able to get the Burrow-sized monkey off his back?
Tune in on Sunday to find out.
