The Chicago Bears are one team that could surprise some people this year.
They are not the favorites to win the NFC North, nor are they expected to be a playoff team.
But, they upgraded their roster this offseason and have given themselves a chance to compete.
One of the many impact moves they made was acquiring wide receiver DJ Moore from the Carolina Panthers.
He came over in a deal that included the Panthers receiving the No. 1 pick.
Now, Moore and Justin Fields are hoping to become one of the best QB-WR duos in the NFL.
Bears HC Matt Eberflus went on “The Pat McAfee Show” to discuss the chemistry between Fields and Moore.
He said the chemistry between the two was “immediate” and that “you can see that in practice.”

It's continuing to develop and we like where it's going" ~ Matt Eberflus #PMSLive pic.twitter.com/oVLhdW71FL

Moore has always been one of the most explosive wide receivers in the NFL.
But, his stats have suffered from playing with some bad quarterbacks.
Fields will be the best quarterback he has played with in his career.
The best part about Moore is that he is still a young player.
He is entering his age-26 season and he already has three 1,000+ yard seasons under his belt.
We know the Bears should sport a strong run game that will be led by Fields.
But, his development as a passer this season will make all the difference in how far Chicago can go.
Fields and Moore seem like a perfect match and all Bears fans hope they can have a strong season.
