The Milwaukee Bucks got off to a disappointing start to the NBA season.
Despite having two of the best players in the league, the team can’t seem to figure things out.
They’ve dug themselves into big holes, and they haven’t been able to climb their way out of them.
They clearly miss Khris Middleton, but their issues seem to run way deeper than that.
According to Baron Davis, it all has to do with their coach.
Talking on Draymond Green’s podcast, the former All-Star claimed that any team coached by Doc Rivers was a beatable team regardless of who plays for him (via NBA Central).

Truth be told, that seems to be the popular sentiment regarding Rivers as a coach.
Even some of his former players have taken big jabs at Rivers over his coaching shortcomings.
No one has blown more 3-1 series leads in the playoffs in NBA history, and he’s had a myriad of talent to coach.
The Lob City Los Angeles Clippers were a top-tier team, yet they couldn’t even make the NBA Finals, and the same thing happened to his Philadelphia 76ers.
Rivers coached a championship team, and no one can take that away from him.
Then again, he was also without a coaching job until the Bucks shockingly fired Adrian Griffin midway through the season, so it’s not like he might have many more opportunities to coach if he doesn’t get things right in Milwaukee.
This could be the end of the line for him.
