The defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs headed into the 2024 NFL regular season, hoping to make league history by becoming the first team to win three titles in a row.
Unfortunately for the Chiefs, the injuries have piled up on the offensive side of the football, with wide receivers Rashee Rice and Marquise Brown suffering season-ending injuries and running back Isiah Pacheco dealing with an injury that has kept him out a considerable amount of time.
Despite suffering multiple losses on the offensive side of the football, Andy Reid’s squad has been able to endure and is currently the only undefeated team left in the NFL after seven weeks, which is impressive, to say the least.
In Week 8, the Chiefs will go on the road to face the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium in Sin City, with head coach Antonio Pierce knowing he’ll have his hands full trying to contain superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes, even with Kansas City’s depleted weapons on offense via Vegas Sports Today.

It’ll be an exciting showdown between these two teams headed in opposite directions, as it seems that no matter where these teams stand during the season, it always seems to be a battle between bitter rivals.
The Chiefs will be looking to keep their winning streak alive while the Raiders look to pull off an upset and turn around their season by getting the best of Mahomes and company.
