It seems like everyone is talking about Andrew Wiggins of the Golden State Warriors following Game 3 against the Dallas Mavericks.

There is good reason for that: Wiggins had one of the best games of his career and was a huge part of his team’s epic, important win over the Mavs.

The Warriors are now 3-0 in the Western Conference Finals and no team has ever come back from such a deficit.

That means that Wiggins is now just one win away from making his first NBA Finals.

And he seems ready to play.

Andrew Wiggins is playing the best basketball I’ve ever seen him play!! He had the dunk of the year over Doncic and his Playoff high 27 points and 11 rebounds tonight in the Warriors 109-100 victory.

One of the people taking note of his excellent Game 3 performance was none other than Los Angeles Lakers legend Magic Johnson.

Johnson gave high praise to Wiggins on Twitter:

“Andrew Wiggins is playing the best basketball I’ve ever seen him play!! He had the dunk of the year over Doncic and his Playoff high 27 points and 11 rebounds tonight in the Warriors 109-100 victory.”

Johnson is right that Wiggins set a playoff-high for himself and punished Doncic with a nasty dunk.

What’s next for the Canadian All-Star?

Work It, Wiggins

He put up 27 points, 11 rebounds, and 3 assists in Game 3 on Sunday night.

That’s easily his best showing in these playoffs so far.

His second-best game was a month ago when he put up 20 against Denver in Game 4 of the first round.

Wiggins’ career average is 19.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.3 assists – so he was reaching new heights on Sunday night.

You could see that beyond just the monster dunk he created.

Throughout the game, he played with enthusiasm and, more importantly, confidence.

When the Warriors move onto the Finals, they will need to see a lot more of that from Wiggins.

If this version of Wiggins shows up to the Finals, you can expect an amazing series.
