The Houston Rockets and Los Angeles Lakers are set to square off on Wednesday night.
That would normally be a matchup that many people are not interested in.
But, the recent trash-talk from Dillon Brooks has made things interesting.
Brooks poked the bear that is LeBron James with his recent comments.
Brooks said, “I’m ready to lock him up.”
No one has been able to consistently “lock up” James for a full game.
He always seems to find a way to get to his spots and have some success.
But, for Brooks to say this could come back to haunt him.
Keyshawn Johnson said on “Undisputed” that: “LeBron has been clapping back more. Be careful what you say to him and when you say it.”

Brooks has always been one of the biggest trash-talkers in the NBA.
Even if he does not back it up, he continues to try and get under his opponents’ skin.
Brooks and James had a mix-up last year in the playoffs when Brooks was with the Memphis Grizzlies.
There seems to be some animosity towards James on Brooks’ end.
The Lakers have not played very well to start the season.
Maybe this trash-talk from Brooks is what the team needs to get motivated for this game.
James has always been the type of player that lets his game do the talking.
But, it will be interesting to see if he has anything to say to Brooks during the game.
Do not be surprised if we see tempers flare in this game with Brooks at the root of it.
