It looked like the New York Giants were going to walk away with a win against the Chicago Bears in Week 10, but they suffered another fourth-quarter collapse and left the field with a stinging defeat.
This latest disheartening loss has a lot of people saying it’s time for head coach Brian Daboll to lose his job. Analyst Chris McMonigle is one of those people, and he is urging the Giants to move on.
“It’s time to clean house. I think they need to move on from Brian Daboll now. He’s a loser. The whole team is a loser. He has now cultivated a team that has found every which way to lose. They are now circulating and alternating between no-show losses and devastating, heart-wrenching, disgusting ways to lose. Plain and simple. Losers lose,” McMonigle said.

It’s not just the results that are causing people to call for Daboll’s firing. It’s also his mismanagement of the team.
Against the Bears, rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart suffered a concussion in the third quarter, and a lot of fans were unhappy that he continued to play for a bit after taking the hit.
Even if the protocol was properly followed, that didn’t sit right, especially because Dart is such a pivotal part of the Giants’ future. This is just one of the multiple reasons why some feel it’s time for Daboll to go.
The Giants face the Green Bay Packers in Week 11. A chorus of fans will be pleading with New York to make changes before that game, and if Daboll isn’t able to snap their four-game losing streak, that noise will only grow louder.
