The Buffalo Bills have been Super Bowl contenders for years now.
They’ve knocked on the door of the big game, often falling short of that goal when they face another contending team in the postseason.
Some analysts predicted that their title window could close right before their eyes this season if they didn’t get over the hump, especially considering their payroll and Stefon Diggs’ evident discontent with Josh Allen and the organization.
Now, following another disappointing loss, this time to the Denver Broncos, NFL analyst Craig Carton and former NFL star Willie Colon both agreed that they can no longer be considered Super Bowl contenders, at least not this season (via The Carton Show).
"After last night's loss, you can officially say the Bills are no longer Super Bowl contenders."

They did give their defense credit for holding on, but with so many turnovers on the offensive side of the field, it’s become evident that this team cannot be trusted to get the job done when it matters the most.
Josh Allen has been Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde this season, leading the league in both touchdown passes and interceptions.
We all know how far and fast he can throw the football, but his decision-making has been far from elite more often than not.
And with a one-dimensional offense and a quarterback who is often pressing when things aren’t going his way, it’s hard to take them seriously against teams that have been there and done that already.
This could be the end of the line for Sean McDermott and Ken Dorsey, and this team could go through some major changes soon.
