The Miami Heat are facing the toughest challenge they’ve seen yet in the 2023 NBA Playoffs.
They will need to be at the top of their game if they want to beat the Denver Nuggets in the NBA Finals.
It seems like the Cinderella run could be coming to an end for the Heat.
After Game 1, many believe this series won’t last long and that the Nuggets will take home the Larry O’Brien trophy.
Rich Bucher, for instance, claims the Heat shouldn’t worry about anything during this series since it will all be over soon.

Miami remains a scrappy team, but the Nuggets are a well-rounded squad that has Nikola Jokic playing at a high level.
Aaron Gordon did a terrific job on Jimmy Butler, holding him to 13 points. Jamal Murray recorded a double-double to help Jokic secure the win in a game that turned out to be pretty easy for the Nuggets.
The Heat will need to raise their intensity and play a flawless game if they are going to challenge Denver.
Expect the Heat to make adjustments after their Game 1 loss and come out with a great effort in Game 2.
However, this is the first time in the playoffs that they lost Game 1, so it will be interesting to see how they respond.NEXT: Nikola Jokic Names 3 NBA Legends That He Modeled His Game After
