Ever since their magical Week 1 win over the Buffalo Bills, the 2023 season has been a disaster for the New York Jets and their young quarterback, Zach Wilson.
Jets fans had a glimmer of hope after that victory, but then the team got clobbered by 20 points in a Week 2 loss to the Dallas Cowboys, and most recently, they suffered a 15-10 defeat at the hands of the rival New England Patriots.
On Wednesday, FS1’s Craig Carton shared what he believes is the one problem for New York after their first three games this season.
“I’ve got one problem, and one problem only, and his name is Zach Wilson.”
"We don't have a locker room problem. We don't have a coaching problem. I've got one problem and his name is Zach Wilson."

It’s hard to argue against Carton’s thoughts, given how poorly Wilson has played for the Jets this year and really during his entire tenure with the franchise.
In three games this season, Wilson has completed an abysmal 52.4 percent of his passes for 467 yards, two touchdowns, and four interceptions.
With the 24-year-old quarterback on the field this year, New York ranks dead last in the NFL in points scored per game, points scored per offensive drive, and passing yards.
Jets fans are begging and pleading with their favorite team every day to send Wilson back to the bench and make a move to land a notable quarterback who can help their offense be somewhat competent.
But for whatever reason, New York remains committed to keeping Wilson in their starting lineup.
