The Houston Texans have plenty of money to spend, and no shortage of great targets.
With the New York Giants showing Saquon Barkley the door, the talented running back might become their new weapon.
The Texans are currently the odds-on favorite to acquire his services.
Considering that, former NFL player Willie Colon loved the prospect of having him landing in the AFC South.
Talking on The Carton Show, Colon raved about Barkley not only as a football player but also as a locker room guy.
He believes he would be a positive addition to a young team led by three young figures in CJ Stroud, Will Anderson Jr., and head coach DeMeco Ryans.
“He would do great in Houston,” Colon said about Barkley.
Where should Saquon Barkley go next?

The Texans have a big opening at running back as well.
Dameon Pierce was quite inefficient in his second season in the league, and they could lose Devin Singletary in free agency.
Of course, the Texans will also need to revamp their offensive line to find much success in the running game.
Then again, you have to make a run at a player like Barkley whenever he’s available, especially if you already proved that you could be a powerhouse in the division for years to come.
Needless to say, Barkley will always come with injury concerns.
But if this team was able to win a divisional pennant without a bona fide star at the running back position, the sky could be the limit with him on board.
