The Jacksonville Jaguars are sitting on a 6-2 record, yet no one seems to talk about them.
Just like what usually happens with small-market teams, the entire narrative around their game vs. the San Francisco 49ers has been centered around the other team.
The Jaguars are underdogs ahead of that game despite having the best record, not having lost in over a month, and being at home.
That’s why NFL analyst Kyle Brandt took to Good Morning Football to show his frustration about that.
How the hell are the 6-2 Jaguars home underdogs to the 49ers?

He stated that people shouldn’t be talking about the repercussions for the Niners ahead of this game, but about the team that’s actually winning.
He doesn’t care that the Niners are fresh off a Bye week because so are the Jaguars, yet people haven’t talked about them.
Truth be told, the Jaguars have been one of the best teams in the league all season long.
They almost beat the reigning champion Kansas City Chiefs in Week 2 before being caught by surprise in a divisional game with C.J. Stroud under center.
Of course, the Niners have more talent than almost every single team in the league, and they should be desperate to get a win after three consecutive setbacks, but that doesn’t mean the Jaguars will just lay down and hand them a victory.
This game should be closer than people expect, and the Jaguars should draw motivation from the fact that not even oddsmakers believe in them to get the job done in front of their fans.
