The Dallas Cowboys finished the 2022 regular season with a 12-5 record, which propelled them into the playoffs.
Despite a primarily dominant regular season, they fell short of the title game, losing to the San Francisco 49ers in the divisional round.
While many have pointed fingers at different aspects of this team, Dak Prescott has gotten a bulk of the criticism.
Joy Taylor voiced her opinion on Prescott in a recent installment of ‘Speak’ on FS1.
“Dak isn’t talented enough to get to an NFC Championship game,” Taylor said.

This is quite the fall from grace for Prescott, who was once touted as one of the league’s brightest young quarterbacks.
He won the Offensive Rookie of the Year award in 2016 and set the league on fire.
Prescott went on to have three more great seasons, racking up 4,02 passing yards in 2019.
However, he got injured during the 2020 season, which led to a painful recovery process.
Still, he was able to put up 4,449 yards in 2021, leading the Cowboys to an 11-5 record in those games.
In just 12 games last season, Prescott totaled 2,860 yards, 23 touchdowns, and a career-high 15 interceptions.
This caused many to believe Prescott isn’t the Cowboys’ long-term answer at quarterback.
In the Cowboys’ two playoff games last season, Prescott had 511 passing yards, five touchdowns, and two interceptions with a passer rating of 101.6.
Prescott wasn’t necessarily the sole reason the Cowboys lost to the 49ers, but his inability to produce at a high level in this situation was of great concern.
Will he be able to turn things around in 2023?
