For many years, many around the NFL have discussed Bill Belichick as the league’s best coach.
Belichick and Tom Brady were able to find great success with the New England Patriots, creating a long-standing dynasty.
With this brilliance in mind, there hasn’t been much public debate about another top coach.
However, in a recent conversation with Colin Cowherd, Nick Wright claimed that Andy Reid could be on his way to claiming that title.
“The door is open for Andy to make it a very real discussion,” said Wright about the Kansas City Chiefs head coach.
Andy Reid to surpass Bill Belichick?

Wright’s rationale is mainly rooted in his prediction for the next few seasons, saying “particularly when the Chiefs become the first team ever to win three-straight Super Bowls.”
The fact that the Chiefs are one of the NFL’s most dominant teams isn’t exactly a secret.
However, there aren’t many analysts that are willing to predict that they are going to win the next two Super Bowls, but Wright seems to be confident in this assertion.
Wright seems to believe that with Patrick Mahomes as the teams’ quarterback, and Reid as their head coach, anything is possible.
The AFC is riddled with young, elite quarterbacks, who are all looking to take this crown away from Mahomes and the Chiefs.
Reid has been the Chiefs’ coach for the past nine years and has found great success, especially in the Mahomes era.
Will he be able to continue this long-standing success, rivaling Belichick as the best coach in the NFL?
