The Chicago Bears are in some serious trouble right now.
They’re 1-1 but could be 0-2, and they have to thank Will Levis and some of his erratic throws for that win they had in the season opener.
Caleb Williams hasn’t looked good at all, and while some of that has to be credited to being a rookie and making wild off-script throws he would’ve usually gotten away with in college, he hasn’t had much help, either.
Of course, the Bears gave him some very good weapons to work with, but he’s playing behind one of the absolute worst offensive lines in the game.

He claimed that no one, not even Tom Brady or Peyton Manning, could find any sort of success with this offensive line, and that’s what’s happening with Williams.
Saturday added that the Bears need to start blocking from the inside out.
Truth be told, Williams is dealing with some of the same issues that hurt Justin Fields when he was there.
Growing pains are always to be expected with first-year quarterbacks, and we shouldn’t put all of this on Williams.
He looked very frustrated after the loss to the Houston Texans, a game in which he was sacked seven times.
Williams has been sacked nine times through two games, and he’s not going to stay healthy if that continues to be the trend.
