The Green Bay Packers have been much better than their record shows.
That’s a lot to say for a team that has already won double-digit games.
Even in the losses, Matt LaFleur’s team has been competitive.
That’s why former NFL player-turned-analyst Ross Tucker believes they’re a legitimate Super Bowl contender.
On his podcast, he claimed that despite likely having to play three road games in the playoffs, the team looks like “the real deal.”
“The Packers look like the real deal right now… I think you could argue they're as good as any team in football right now.”

Matt LaFleur continues to establish himself as one of the best head coaches in the game.
He’s led the team to the playoffs in five out of six seasons at the helm, and the only time they failed to reach the postseason, it took them until the very last game of the season to be eliminated.
He’s also coached some of the issues out of Jordan Love’s game, and the Packers have a balanced offense with Josh Jacobs and their myriad of young pass-catchers.
Jeff Hafley has also done an outstanding job of helping the team finally live up to their potential on defense after years of underperforming.
Simply put, it doesn’t seem like there’s any glaring flaw on this team right now.
Of course, playing away from Lambeau Field in the playoffs will be a steep challenge.
But they’ve routinely won on the road, so no one will want to see them in a win-or-go-home situation come playoff time.
