The New England Patriots are one of the most polarizing teams in the league heading into the 2025 NFL season.
Some fans and analysts are all over this organization, believing they have the roster in place to take a major leap in production.
Others aren’t so convinced, needing to see it to believe it from a franchise that only won four games last year.
Andy Hart of “WEEI Afternoons” is one of those naysayers, pointing to one position group as a major issue.

The Patriots’ offensive line was weak in 2024, but they’ve made a few additions over the past few months that have encouraged fans.
Hart doesn’t think they’ve done enough.
If he’s right, that could spell trouble for second-year quarterback Drake Maye, who showed flashes of greatness last year in the midst of getting pounded by opposing defenses.
Time will tell what the future holds for this team, but if Hart’s predictions come to fruition, it could be a long year for the New England faithful.
Of course, Tom Brady didn’t have a terrible go of things when his linemen weren’t performing up to snuff, so we’ll soon see how Maye can respond in the face of adversity.
The AFC East is slated to be a dogfight again this year, especially with the Buffalo Bills continuing to add pieces and the Miami Dolphins having an offense nobody wants to go toe-to-toe with.
