The Denver Broncos have found their quarterback.
Bo Nix has been an absolute star this season, and he just keeps getting better.
As pointed out by Zac Stevens of DNVR Sports, the No. 12 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft was the best rookie quarterback in November.
He led all rookies in completion percentage (68.1 percent), passing yards per game (254.5), yards per attempt (7.4), passing touchdowns (8), total touchdowns (9), fewest sacks (8), passer rating (105.9) and wins (2).
He also was second in touchdown-to-interception ratio (8-to-1).

Nix got off to a somewhat slow start, but he didn’t need a lot of time to turn the corner.
He looks tailor-made for Sean Payton’s system, and that speaks volumes about the importance of coaching and scheming.
Payton was always enamored with Nix’s game, and he knew that he was the player he needed to execute his offensive system.
Nix rarely has made the same mistake twice this season, and that’s remarkable for a first-year player.
His athleticism and physical traits were always evident during his days in college, but his decision-making often left plenty to be desired.
That flaw hasn’t been the case for him as a professional.
Nix is making great reads, going through his progressions and usually finding the open man.
He doesn’t try to do something when there’s nothing there, and he’s running when it’s called for and taking care of the football as well.
