The Chicago Bears have lost back-to-back games in rough fashion.
They lost on a last-second Hail Mary touchdown against the Washington Commanders two weeks ago before getting trounced by the Arizona Cardinals last week.
Quarterback Caleb Williams has not played particularly well in these games for the team from the Windy City.
He has completed less than 50% of his passes and thrown zero touchdowns each of the last two weeks.
Former NFL player and current ESPN analyst Chris Canty wonders if Williams can overcome the Bears’ organizational issues.
“All that improvisation, that doesn’t fly when it comes to NFL-level defenses…The thing that exacerbates that is the head coach losing the players in the locker room,” Canty said Thursday on ESPN Radio.

Canty also mentioned that he feels things are going the way of Justin Fields and Mitch Trubisky in Chicago with Caleb Williams.
That is something Bears fans do not want to hear.
A bumpy season from any rookie quarterback is nothing new.
Players like Williams need time to find their footing, and one half of a season is not enough time for him.
The problem in Chicago is too many player changes every few years.
Chicago needs to stabilize the organization, and it starts with finding the right head coach, which doesn’t seem to be Eberflus at the moment.
