For the past couple of months, multiple teams have been tied to Shedeur Sanders.
However, none of those teams might be the best fit for him.
When asked about that, NFL scout Matt Miller shared his thoughts on Sanders, and he claimed that the Pittsburgh Steelers would be the better fit for him right now.
Talking to Kay Adams for her “Up & Adams” show, the renowned analyst stated that Sanders needed a team with weapons, a strong offensive line, and some consistent coaching.

He believes that, with George Pickens and D.K. Metcalf, he would have the kind of weapons he needs to thrive.
He would also get to play behind a solid offensive line and for a good coach.
Miller claimed that Sanders isn’t a high-end prospect like Jayden Daniels, and as such, he needs absolutely everything to go his way to be good.
He’s not that athletic or someone who’s going to pick up big yards with his legs or sling the football down the field with a strong arm.
Simply put, the Steelers have enough weapons for Sanders to have a smooth transition to the pros, as he’s not the kind of player who’s going to elevate the weapons around him.
On the contrary, he needs those weapons to put him in a position to succeed.
Needless to say, that’s not what one would expect from a projected top-five draft pick.
But even despite his obvious limitations, he’s still not likely going to be available by the time the Steelers are on the clock at No. 21.
