There are only seven playoff spots from each conference in the NFL.
Four spots go to division winners, and the other three are given to Wild Card teams.
In the AFC, several teams are nearly locked in to make the playoffs, including the Kansas City Chiefs, Buffalo Bills, and Cincinnati Bengals.
While it’s crowded at the top, the remaining spots in 2023 are up for grabs.
Many analysts have already given their playoff predictions, showcasing their favorite picks to make the postseason.
In a recent conversation with ‘Good Morning Football,’ Jason McCourty gave a glowing review of the New England Patriots.
“I do think New England is going to be better than what a lot of us are anticipating,” McCourty said.

The AFC East has changed significantly during the offseason, given the New York Jets’ addition of Aaron Rodgers.
Many expect them to contend right away, as Rodgers is said to be the solution to all of their problems.
However, the Patriots are an organization that is accustomed to winning.
After missing the playoffs in two of the past three years, they are looking to get back on track in 2023.
With any luck, Mac Jones can turn this offense around, something that has been lackluster since the departure of Tom Brady.
McCourty discussed the addition of JuJu Smith-Schuster to the unit as a positive piece for Jones.
He’s coming off a Super Bowl victory with the Kansas City Chiefs and with any luck, will bring that same energy to Jones and the Patriots.
