Following a 1-3 start to the season, the Cincinnati Bengals are right back in the mix after winning four games in a row.
It’s not a coincidence to see that all those wins came right after star QB Joe Burrow recovered from a nagging injury that kept him on the sidelines during the preseason.
As such, the Bengals are arguably undefeated this season when Burrow has been healthy, and that should be a scary thought for the rest of the league.
That’s why former NFL player Willie Colon claimed that Burrow should be a part of the MVP conversation right now, even if his team is 5-3 and sitting at the bottom of the AFC North (via The Carton Show).
"You gotta put Joe Burrow in the MVP category right now."

To date, Burrow has completed 66.9% of his passes, throwing for 1,861 yards, 12 touchdowns, and four interceptions, and he keeps looking better each week.
He was poised, in control, and unbothered by the Buffalo Bills defense in his latest contest, completing 31 of 44 passes for a whopping 348 yards and two touchdowns in a 24-18 win over Josh Allen and company.
And while the Bengals are still in the fourth spot in the division and deadlocked in a three-way tie with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Browns, they still look like they might be the best team in the AFC North.
Burrow is one of the most talented and impactful players in the league, and other teams — save for the Cleveland Browns — have struggled to find ways to slow him down.
