The Baltimore Ravens were tangled up in so much news in the offseason, but things worked out perfectly for them in the end.
Lamar Jackson got signed, they added more pieces, and they revamped the coaching staff.
That’s why NFL analyst Emmanuel Acho believes there’s no more room for excuses or margin for error, and Lamar Jackson simply has to have a solid year next season.

Acho explained how Jackson got literally everything he asked for in the offseason.
He wanted to get paid, and he became the highest-paid quarterback in the league.
He wanted to get more help at wide receiver, and the Ravens paid Odell Beckham Jr. almost three times as much as other teams were willing to give him because they were desperate to get him, and they also drafted Zay Flowers out of Boston College.
Also, he wanted a new Offensive Coordinator, and they replaced Greg Roman with Todd Monken, who’s vowed to give him more freedom and help him be a better passer.
Simply put, there’s no excuse this time.
The biggest knock on Jackson was that he had failed to finish the past couple of seasons, and he claimed he still deserved that big contract with all that guaranteed money because he was going to stay healthy, so not even injuries should be to blame this season.
Will he be up to the task? He has the talent, the weapons, and the organization’s support.
The ball is in his court now; he has to get it done.
