The San Francisco 49ers headed into their bye week having lost three straight games and with things seemingly swirling out of control in the Bay Area, as it seemed this once-dominant team had lost its way due to injuries starting to pile up.
Fortunately, the team being away from football for a short time was exactly what was needed for San Francisco, as the 49ers bounced back with a vengeance in Week 10 with an impressive win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The 49ers looked like the team that dominated the competition earlier in the season, as they couldn’t be stopped offensively and gave Trevor Lawrence and company a lot of trouble with their constant defensive pressure.
With the 49ers seemingly back on track as one of the league’s elite teams, Emmanuel Acho of FOX Sports broke down, who deserves the most credit for the team bouncing back, and he believes it should be head coach Kyle Shanahan, via “Speak” on FS1.

Acho is right on the money with his assessment here, as Shanahan does deserve the bulk of the credit for keeping this team together and believing in one another when it seemed like things were falling apart in San Francisco.
The question now is whether this team can keep it going moving forward, as they still have some tough games on the schedule, namely the showdown with the Philadelphia Eagles in the first week of December and taking on the Baltimore Ravens on Christmas Day.
If the 49ers can get the best of those two teams, San Francisco might be the team to beat in the NFC heading into the NFL playoffs.
