Everyone knows that Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors is one of the best basketball players alive.
His four rings and the two MVP trophies speak for themselves.
Yet, some people don’t consider him one of the most athletic NBA stars around.
Perhaps it’s because of his height or his physical build but there are some who think he is more of a shooter than a truly impressive athlete.
That simply isn’t the case.
NBA trainer on an unnamed player working out with Steph Curry:
“We’ve had a player, who’s still in the NBA, go through the first five minutes, sat down on the floor besides the door for about 30 seconds, stood up, went outside and threw up, and was done.”

The truth is that Curry works out and he works out hard.
In fact, he works out so hard that one unnamed NBA player couldn’t cut it.
An NBA trainer associated with Curry spoke frankly about one anonymous NBA player who tried to work out with Curry:
“We’ve had a player, who’s still in the NBA, go through the first five minutes, sat down on the floor besides the door for about 30 seconds, stood up, went outside and threw up, and was done.”
That’s quite the reaction to time in the gym and shows that Curry isn’t messing around when he’s working out.
Since this news came out, everyone has been trying to figure out which current NBA player was the one who got defeated by Curry’s regiment.
Curry Going Hard
He might not be as big or physically strong as other guys in the league but it’s clear that Curry takes his time in the gym very seriously.
And it is all paying off because Curry is playing some of the best basketball of his career.
In fact, he is currently putting up numbers that rival his monstrous 2016 MVP season (31.4 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 7 assists).
Curry is 34 years old and is still putting so many other players to shame – which shows just how seriously he takes this game and the way he plays it.
