Adam Thielen is a nine-year NFL veteran, spending his entire career thus far with the Minnesota Vikings.
He has played with a myriad of different quarterbacks during his tenure, most recently with Kirk Cousins.
Despite having prolonged success with the Vikings, Thielen signed a three-year contract with the Carolina Panthers ahead of the 2023 season.
He’ll be linked with Bryce Young, this year’s No. 1 overall pick in the draft.
Thielen recently made an appearance on the Rich Eisen Show, where he gave his initial thoughts on Young.
“There’s going to be a lot of potential, going to be a lot of talent,” Thielen said.

During his time with the Vikings, the team never experienced having a No. 1 pick in their building, especially at the quarterback position.
Thielen has always been known as a hard worker, and he appears to see that in Young.
When speaking about Young’s talent and poise as a top draft pick, he said, “It’s impressive, and again, it gets you excited to get back, working together.”
Young has an opportunity to be the Panthers’ franchise quarterback, bringing energy to the position for the first time since the early days of Cam Newton.
The fanbase is extremely excited about the future of the team, which has made significant improvements during the offseason.
Besides Thielen, the Panthers have brought in Miles Sanders, D.J. Chark, and Hayden Hurst.
They also drafted Jonathan Mingo, a highly-touted receiving prospect.
Can Young bring a sense of newfound energy to the Panthers for the entire season, as Thielen suggests?
