The Pittsburgh Steelers had two starting quarterbacks on their roster last season.
Unfortunately, the old saying that having two quarterbacks equals having no quarterback turned out to be true again.
Now, the team is facing a crossroads again in the offseason.
Both Justin Fields and Russell Wilson will be free agents, and they must decide who to bring back.
According to a report by Adam Schefter (via NFL on ESPN), the Steelers have talked to both of their quarterbacks.
He said that running it back with Wilson was a realistic possibility.
Then again, so is going with Fields.

Schefter predicts several suitors will try to lure Fields away.
Truth be told, there aren’t many reasons to turn to Russell Wilson again.
He’s older than Fields and isn’t the Super Bowl-winning caliber player he was back in the day.
He didn’t play well late in the season, either.
Additionally, some reports have indicated that Wilson is not on the same page as offensive coordinator Arthur Smith.
He seems to have also experienced power struggles in all of his previous positions.
Fields may not be the superstar that some scouts and analysts envisioned he would become, but he is younger, bigger, faster, and more athletic.
Neither of these quarterbacks might be their signal callers of the future, but if they’re looking for a bridge quarterback, they might be better off with the younger one.
