To say that this season was disappointing for the New York Jets would be a huge understatement.
The team seemed to have absolutely everything they needed to be a Super Bowl contender this season.
That wasn’t the case at all.
They have struggled to win a handful of games and have been eliminated from playoff contention for some time.
That’s why some players might already be thinking about their vacation.
At least, that’s how Aaron Rodgers feels.
Following his team’s loss to the Los Angeles Rams, the renowned quarterback called out some of his teammates, stating that the last two weeks will show who’s ready to get out of there and who wants to work (via SNY).
"The last two weeks we can really see who's on board moving forward and who is ready to get out."

Notably, Rodgers has been fiercely criticized in the past for seemingly throwing his teammates under the bus.
However, he was right on point this time.
Even if he hasn’t played well this season, he’s still expected to lead, and leaders also have a responsibility to call out people when they’re not giving their all on the field.
This was a tough season, and nothing they can do at this point will be able to change that.
If anything, it could only hurt their draft positioning.
Even so, sports involve a lot of pride, and players need to show that they’re committed to their teammates even when things aren’t going their way.
The Jets could be a very different team next season, and there is no clear direction right now.
